U.S. and Israel are Planning the Occupation of Southern Syria
Continuare articol publicat la:
The Geneva 2 conference on Syria produced little of substance as expected; few harbored any illusions that it would produce any breakthroughs or result in ending the suffering of the Syrian people. The main progress so far seems to be have been to bring the two sides face to face at all and have them talk to each other even if only indirectly at times. Since the launch of the Geneva II negotiations, another battle has been taking place, away from the negotiation table. The surreal nature of the gathering was evident from the fact that those present, apart from the Syrian government delegation had little to do with Syria. The so-called Syrian opposition in the form of the Syrian National Coalition (SNC) does not have any support inside Syria. They were there because the US insisted on their presence
The Syrian government ’s priority is the fight against terrorism, while the Syrian National Coalition insists on a prompt political transition ,but as the Syrian Foreign Minister Walid al-Muallem said: “No one in the world has the right to confer or withdraw the legitimacy of a president, a constitution or a law, except for the Syrians themselves.”
During the negotiations, new information on several issues changed the views of many about the situation in Syria. Negotiations require mechanisms that enable them to get from theory to practical application. That was made clear during the negotiations on humanitarian corridors to the city of Homs. Geneva-II, however, exposed the SNC’s lack of support. When the Syrian government delegation proposed that it would allow civilians — women and children — to leave the besieged city of Homs, the Saudi-backed terrorists refused. They insisted that the Syrian government must give prior commitment that it would not arrest anyone, including fighters, leaving the city. The Syrian army, proved that it controls all the key positions in Syria, so it would be impossible to open humanitarian corridors without its backing.
As part of this tactic, the US needs to once again make use of Jordan’s northern borders. This could be a source of future tension between Jordan and Syria, especially after the clear message Turkey sent during Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s visit to Tehran, which was to attack some terrorist groups on the northern borders of Syria, which means that the Turkish borders will not be used against Syria again.
The battle of priorities over the coming weeks will shape the outcome of talks on Syria. The reason is simple: not only are the two sides very far apart, but the so-called Syrian opposition is made up of an odd assortment of opportunists that have no support inside Syria. Their foreign sponsors, however, have other plans. The US has been working covertly with Saudi Arabia and British military intelligence for more than three decades to foster and fuel al-Qaeda extremists, beginning in Afghanistan to fight the Soviet Union from the late 1970s until 1990.
Frustrated by the deadlock of the second round of Geneva 2 talks, Saudi Arabia has reportedly offered to supply the rebels with anti-aircraft missiles. Meanwhile Russia has accused the US of once again hijacking peace talks .White House in its policies: to some they say that they are desperately searching for a solution to the Syrian armed conflict !In fact they devise a new military plan against Syria. Meanwhile, a new report says Saudi Arabia is training foreign-backed militants in Syria as part of a new push to topple the government of President Bashar al-Assad. The kingdom has teamed up with Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and France in adopting the new policy to bolster the militants in Syria. As it was reported by the Jordanian news agency JBC, the United States and Israel have drafted a joint plan of occupation of the southern Syria to establish a „security belt” for Israel. The implementation of this plan won’t be possible without the engagement of the so-called „moderate opposition”, that has been fueled by Washington’s financial injections for a while now. According to the master plan of the White House and Tel Aviv’s «masterminds» the armed forces of this „moderate opposition” are to occupy the two southern provinces of Syria. To ensure the combat readiness of the militants in question the U.S. will provide them with additional military equipment, anti-tank missiles included. The militants will also be provided with all the latest intel obtained by the U.S. and Israeli secret services. On Tuesday, a U.S. plane, carrying tons of military ammunition destined for the armed Syrian opposition successfully landed in the Jordanian airport Mafraq, 80 kilometers away from Amman. It is noteworthy that Washington has been actively applying in its political rhetoric this freshly reinvented term – „moderate opposition” to indicate members of the Syrian armed opposition. This term has been already been in use before, only the last time American officials resorted to it, they applied it to the Taliban fighters to grant them a coating of „legitimacy” in the eyes of the international community. They needed an excuse for Taliban’s participation in the hostile actions against the Soviet troops in Afghanistan. The consequences of this „coating” are well-known and can hardly be justified, especially today when the White House unsuccessfully tries to solve the problem of the future of Afghanistan. And under these circumstances the U.S. Congress, as it became known from confidential sources, has secretly approved new shipments of weapons to Syrian that are to be carried out by to the end of this fiscal year.”CIA agents lead convoys of arms deliveries joined by the Free Syrian Army and Jordanian secret services. The Saudis work behind the scene in charge of financing and arranging arms deliveries from eastern Europe to Jordan,”Malbrunot said in 2013 .

“ Saudi Arabia, Jordan behind Syria unrest
Date and Time:10 April 2011 – 7:50
Who is behind these deadly incidents in Syria?A probe into the root causes of the latest events in Syria show that the revolt is mainly supported by Saudi Arabia and Jordan. The anti-Syrian movement began in the city of Daraa, 120 kilometers south of the capital Damascus and near the border with Jordan.Daraa is the birthplace of Jordan’s Muslim Brotherhood, which has close ties to the people in the Syrian city.
Undoubtedly, the Syrians, like other nations in the region, had some legitimate demands which have prompted the government to plan fundamental reforms. However, the “protests” had come with unjustifiable violence by some suspicious elements.
Similar protests were seen in 1982 against the government of late Syrian president Hafez al-Assad in the cities of Hama and Daraa.
Hafez al-Assad — the late father of current Syrian President Bashar al-Assad — was president between 1970 and 2000 and was considered one of the powerful leaders in the Arab world.
Former Jordan King Hussein, former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein and the then Saudi King Khalid incited Jordan’s Muslim Brotherhood against Syria, when Hafez al-Assad backed Iran during the eight-year Iraqi-imposed war on Iran in the 1980s.
Saudi Arabia, which often bows to US and Israel’s policies in the region, tried to destabilize Syria and the Syrian government by undermining it.
To this end, Saudi Arabia paid 30 million dollars to former vice president Abdul Halim Khaddam to quit Assad’s government.
Khaddam sought asylum in France in 2005 with the aid of Saudi Arabia and began to plot against the Syrian government with the exiled leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Khaddam, who is a relative of Saudi King Abdullah and former Lebanese premier Rafiq Hariri, used his great wealth to form a political group with the aim of toppling President Bashar al-Assad.
The triangle of Khaddam-Abdullah-Hariri is well-known in the region as their wives are sisters.
Khaddam’s entire family enjoys Saudi citizenship and the value investment by his sons, Jamal and Jihad, in Saudi Arabia is estimated at more than USD 3 billion.
Therefore, with the start of the so called “Arabic Spring” in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen and Bahrain, the Saudi regime saw an opportunity to drive a wedge between Tehran, Damascus and Beirut axis.
Due to the direct influence of the Saudi Wahhabis on Syria’s Muslim Brotherhood, the people of the cities of Daraa and Homs, following Saudi incitement and using popular demands as a cover began resorting to violence.
It is reported that the United States, Israel, Jordan and Saudi Arabia formed joint operational headquarters in the Saudi Embassy in Belgium to direct the riots in southern Syria. Abdul Halim Khaddam, who held the highest political, executive and information posts in the Syrian government for more than 30 years, is said to have been transferred from Paris to Belgium to direct the unrest.
The reason for this was that based on French law, political asylum seekers cannot work against their countries of origin in France and therefore Khaddam was transferred to Brussels to guide the riots.
Jordan equipped the Muslim Brotherhood in the two cities with logistical facilities and personal weapons.
Although, Bashar al-Assad implemented fundamental changes and reforms, the Brotherhood followed continued to incite protesters against him.
The Syrian state television recently broadcast footage of armed activity in the border city of Daraa by a guerilla group, which opened fire on the people and government forces. It is said that the group, which is affiliated to Salafi movements, obtained its weapons from Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
-Damascus-Beirut axis to collapse and would be followed by the gradual weakening and elimination of Lebanon’s resistance.
Therefore Saudi and US efforts to destroy Syria are taking place with the aim of eliminating the last anti-Zionism resistance front.
This is while, considering the Syrian government’s experience in resolving difficult crises, it is unlikely that Saudi Arabia and Jordan will succeed in weakening or toppling the Syrian ruling system.”
Saudi Arabia is reinforcing Takfiris and the al-Qaeda with the backing of the Zionist regime… to ensure the security of the Zionists.
Two policy failures have forced the secret relationship between Riyadh and Tel Aviv to come out into the open: Saudi-Israeli policy in Syria and their policy of trying to isolate Islamic Iran in the region. Both have unraveled as a result of developments beyond their control. The Saudis in particular are not only furious at their longtime patron, the US, but also in panic because Washington has established contacts, however tenuous, with Iran. Among a series of contacts between the Saudis and the Zionists, the latest was a brief encounter between Saudi Arabia’s former intelligence chief, Prince Turki al-Faisal and former Israeli ambassador to Washington (1992– 1996), Itamar Rabinovich, in Monaco in mid-December. According to an Israeli radio report, Turki publicly shook hands with Rabinovich at the World Policy Conference. Their contacts have progressed so far that Rabinovich took the unusual step of inviting Turki to deliver a speech before the Israeli parliament, the Knesset.
The Saudi throne has long served as anti-democratic bulwark in the region for the London/Wall Street bankers and their inbred royal European shareholder brethren. It was all part of a plan hatched by the Rothschild-controlled Business Roundtable a century ago to seize control of Middle East oil.
The Rothschilds are majority owners of BP and Royal Dutch/Shell, as well as the Bank of England, the Federal Reserve and the Saudi central bank, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA).
In 1917 the British made a client of Ibn Saud, who was told to encourage Arab tribesman to repel the Ottoman Turks from the Persian Gulf Region. That same year the British House of Rothschild pushed through the Balfour Declaration, lending Crown support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine. A year later the Ottomans were defeated.
Iraq, Jordan and Saudi Arabia were carved out of the Ottoman Empire and fell under British rule, with Ibn Saud taking control of his namesake, Saudi Arabia. In 1922 the Treaty of Jeddah gave Saudi Arabia independence from Britain, though the Crown still exerted considerable influence. To this day British mercenaries serve as bodyguards for the House of Saud.
During the 1920’s, with help from British troops, Ibn Saud grabbed more territory from the Ottomans. He annexed Riyadh and seized the holy cities of Mecca and Medina from the Hashemites.
Standard Oil of California (now Chevron Texaco) found oil in Saudi Arabia in 1938. The company formed ARAMCO with its Four Horsemen cartel buddies Exxon Mobil, Royal Dutch/Shell and BP. The US and Britain signed security agreements with the House of Saud and Bechtel busied itself building ARAMCO’s oil infrastructure.
In 1952, on the heels of the US/Saudi Security Agreement, SAMA was created as the Saudi Central Bank. By 1958 SAMA was run by Pakistani native Anwar Ali, later adviser to King Faisal. Anwar had been Chief of the International Monetary Fund’s Middle East Department.
Ali recruited three Western bankers to serve as SAMA advisers. Known as the Three Wise Men or White Fathers, these Western bankers called the shots at SAMA, with Ali serving as figurehead. The most powerful of the three was John Meyer, Jr., chairman of Morgan Guaranty’s (now JP Morgan Chase) International Division and later chairman of the entire Morgan mother ship.
The White Fathers funneled SAMA petrodollar royalties into Morgan Guaranty accounts. In turn Morgan served as well-paid investment counselor to SAMA. Anwar Ali’s son even landed a job at Morgan Guaranty. With billions in petrodollars flowing, the oil for arms quid pro quo was established.
With Saudi-backed takfiris controlling Iraq’s Anbar province and the adjoining areas in Syria, it has become clear that their medieval sponsors want to create Takfiristan in this region.
Al-Qaeda has served as a ideological cover in the Middle East and beyond. It has undergone many reinventions with mercurial name changes along the way. But the bottom line is that it is a Western/Saudi creation, which alternates between an enemy of convenience and a ruthless proxy for waging regime change.
The real struggle is going on inside Syria and now increasingly in Iraq as well. A quick glance at the map would show that the foreign, primarily Saudi-backed mercenaries in Syria and Iraq try to control the border areas under different names as FSA,ISIS or ISIL where some members of the FSA have streamed back to the government side. Most Syrians now realize that the takfiri mercenaries pose the real threat to their existence .BBC was forced to admit on January 21 that a survey among Syrian refugees found 87% opposed the takfiris in their country and would like to have the crisis resolved through dialogue.
This is not something the takfiris and their foreign sponsors, especially Saudi Arabia want. The Saudis know only one game: dividing Muslims by spreading hatred against groups/people they dislike. The Saudi regime has allocated $6 billion to finance the takfiris to overthrow the government of Bashar al-Asad. Compare this to the meager $120 million donated by Saudi Arabia and Qatar combined to look after more than two million Syrian refugees languishing in terrible conditions in camps in Jordan, Turkey and Lebanon. For the Saudis, killing people, especially those they do not like is far more important than saving innocent human lives.
The Saudi-backed military policy, however, is not getting very far but their campaign of spreading hatred is more effective. People’s emotions can be easily aroused by planting doubts in their minds. This is what the Saudis know and do best. They have spread their poisonous ideology far and wide. Pakistan, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Somalia are in their grip where takfiri demagogues are running amok. Suicide and car bombings are their signature mark.
Saudi Arabia’s intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan is the head of al-Qaeda terrorist group and the founder of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant in Syria, Suleiman said, according to an article in Arabic language Ray al-Youm website.
Suleiman said, Osama Bin Laden was the founder of al-Qaeda, Aymen Zahiri is their apparent leader, and Bandar bin Sultan is the real leader of al-Qaeda.
Bandar bin Sultan is the protégé and successor of Bin Laden; he has deepened and systematized global terrorism. Bandar’s terror network has murdered far more innocent victims than Bin Laden. That, of course, is to be expected; after all he has billions of dollars from the Saudi treasury, training from the CIA and the handshake of Netanyahu. He helped Saudi Arabia to become the regional center of a vast terror network . Bandar has financed and armed a vast array of clandestine terror operations, utilizing Islamic affiliates of Al-Qaeda, the Saudi controlled Wahhabi sect as well as numerous other armed groups. Bandar is a pragmatic terrorist operator, repressing Al-Qaeda adversaries in Saudi Arabia and financing Al-Qaeda terrorists in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and elsewhere.Innocent people are routinely targeted and killed. Western diplomatic sources estimated the number of Saudi young people now in Syria under the banner of Jihad, as exceeding 4000, among them:thousands of released terrorists from its prisons on condition to go to Syria for killing Syrians, while their King is trying to persuade international community to attack Syria for toppling the Syrian government in line with their own positions, positions which work to the interest of Israel and the US, and not for Syrian people’s. Interior Minister Mohammad bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz Al Saud reported that over 3,000 Saudi nationals have been killed in Syria and this number is growing every day as Aleppo and Qalamoun areas are getting cleaned and the Syrian Arab Army advances in Yabrud.
But the reports remain and they say that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as well as Saudi Arabia and Jordan have supplied about 600 tons of weapons in 2013 alone to the militants in Syria. Sources told Malbrunot that the weapons convoys are escorted by unmanned aircraft guided from a CIA-led command center in Jordan .
http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2013/11/09/333745/us-ksa-jordan-arming-syria-rebels/ The report runs counter to the US claim that it is opposed to arming the militants. “50,000 Saudi Mercenaries In Jordan Ready To Invade Syria//Monday, November 11, 2013”

David Kenner said in an article released by the US think-tank, Foreign Policy ,that Saudi Arabia has struck a deal with the US over the purchase of a huge cargo of anti-tank missiles, the US media said, adding that Riyadh plans to send the hi-tech military weapons to militant groups in Syria.
“No one is expecting a tank invasion of Saudi Arabia anytime soon, but the kingdom just put in a huge order for US-made anti-tank missiles that has Saudi-watchers scratching their heads and wondering whether the deal is related to Riyadh’s support for the Syrian rebels,” Kenner said in mid December , after the article he has published in November” The Kingdom is turning to Pakistan to train Syria’s rebels. It’s a partnership that once went very wrong in Afghanistan. Will history repeat itself? ““The proposed weapons deal, which the Pentagon notified Congress of in early December, would provide Riyadh with more than 15,000 Raytheon anti-tank missiles at a cost of over $1 billion”.
Do you remember the plan? The formation of “Greater Israel” constitutes the cornerstone of powerful Zionist factions within the current Netanyahu government, the Likud party, as well as within the Israeli military and intelligence establishment.According to the founding father of Zionism Theodore Herzl, “the area of the Jewish State stretches: “From the Brook of Egypt to the Euphrates.” According to Rabbi Fischmann, “The Promised Land extends from the River of Egypt up to the Euphrates, it includes parts of Syria and Lebanon.”When viewed in the current context, the war on Iraq, the 2006 war on Lebanon, the 2011 war on Libya, the ongoing war on Syria, not to mention the process of regime change in Egypt, must be understood in relation to the Zionist Plan for the Middle East. The latter consists in weakening and eventually fracturing neighboring Arab states as part of an Israeli expansionist project.“Greater Israel” consists in an area extending from the Nile Valley to the Euphrates. Greater Israel” requires the breaking up of the existing Arab states into small states.
“The plan operates on two essential premises. To survive, Israel must 1) become an imperial regional power, and 2) must effect the division of the whole area into small states by the dissolution of all existing Arab states. Small here will depend on the ethnic or sectarian composition of each state. Consequently, the Zionist hope is that sectarian-based states become Israel’s satellites and, ironically, its source of moral legit … This is not a new idea, nor does it surface for the first time in Zionist strategic thinking. Indeed, fragmenting all Arab states into smaller units has been a recurrent theme.” Viewed in this context, the war on Syria is part of the process of Israeli territorial expansion. Israeli intelligence working hand in glove with the US, Turkey and NATO is directly supportive of the Al Qaeda terrorist mercenaries inside Syria.
